Just wanted to say how very very happy we are with our new pergola and the service and quality from your company. From initial contact, admin, concretors and installation.

We had several quotes in our area, all of them unitemised (just a total figure given verbally) and they were several thousand dollars more with a FLAT roof. You guys installed a gable and came far below their “quotes”

My brother recommended you guys to us after an install in Point Cook and I will be recommending you guys to everyone in future.

What a great shed! I designed what I wanted on the mobile app, went down to see Elite where I met the guys.
They took my design and measurements and gave me a quote in less than 10 minutes!

I had all my questions answered, and as I was purchasing for a school, They came out to site to have a look and explain the process and timeframe that they could work to.

Communication from Elite was fantastic and all trades were on site when promised. The installers worked fantastically in the confines of a school environment and were extremely mindful of the children when they were outside for play times. They continued to check in with me throughout and after completion of the build and we are very happy with the result. Thanks to the whole team.

Why did I choose “ELITE GARAGES”

Many people were offering similar packages on paper, and I wanted a supplier that worked cooperatively with me and was willing to do ‘that little bit extra’.

Elite Garages were able to accommodate when I wanted something that was not part of their standard offering, and the real clincher was when they offered me advice for preparing the slab before I gave any commitment.

As an added bonus it was great to be dealing with normal people who were approachable.

Had a new shed built recently and from design to completion everything went well.

Hi there to the team at ELITE GARAGES.

So to begin with, we rang a few local places for a quote on a custom built shed – 5x5mts Skillion roof.

We were told we couldn’t build it due to already having a slab, it would leak and we would have issues. None of these companies were willing to come out and take a look, even after offering to pay.

The only companies willing to help were the shed places where you order the shed online and well, good luck trying to erect it.

Then we came across Elite Garages. what an absolutely pleasant surprise !!

I didn’t even ask for them to come out and take a look, they offered. They did all the measuring and advised on what was best.

We had a quote emailed to us that night and it was so much cheaper than the others but with customer service added to it, what a bonus. We had the shed ordered and installed within 2 weeks (I was desperate to move my husband into it!)

No mess was left, and all done in a day. We had 2 days of very strong winds and rain, no leaks, no movement and not even a noise Although I don’t see my husband much anymore, we are just so happy with our new shed!

In this case, we actually got a quality shed at the cheapest price but I would have paid more to receive the excellent Customer service from Elite Garages & Barns that we received. Thanking you very much!…Cheers.
